What is biokinetics?
Biokinetics is the science of movement and the use of exercise in rehabilitation and wellness. A biokineticist is a registered health professional who uses individually-tailored exercise to improve function, manage conditions and restore quality of life — bridging the gap between medical treatment and getting back to the things you love.
At Groenkloof, every member starts with an assessment, after which your biokineticist prescribes a program built just for you.
